HE Minister of Commerce
and Investment has approval the amendment of item (1) of the ministerial
resolution on used auto spare parts to strictly ban the import of used auto
spare parts except for the main spare parts including (Transmissions and gear
boxes, outer body parts, axle boxes, and engines) provided that they should be
neatly packed, clean and labeled "refurbished" in an unchangeable
manner, with importer's assurance of such spare parts matching to resolution
requirements, and a warrantee period of not less than three months.
