The Saudi Food & Drug Authority announces that it will not allow opening ways and marketing of any food product that does not pass the requirements, technical regulations, and standards. It also calls on the importers of food in regards to the importance of including in their contracts to import the text to ensure their full rights against the issuer in the event of proven non-conformity with their imports specifications or lack of health certificates.
