The Real Estate Committee at the Chamber, chaired by Dr. Turki Al-Yahya, held a meeting with Eng. Fahad Al-Baddah, Chief Executive Officer of the Riyadh Region Infrastructure Projects Center, as part of ongoing efforts by both sides to enhance cooperation and integration in the real estate sector and infrastructure projects across the region.

During the meeting, several topics of mutual interest were discussed, including a review of the Center’s strategy, mechanisms for engagement with developers and investors, and ways to support public-private partnerships in a manner that contributes to strengthening the national economy.

Both parties agreed to organize specialized workshops between the Real Estate Committee and officials from the Infrastructure Projects Center to review recent developments, discuss challenges, and identify appropriate solutions. They also agreed to strengthen cooperation in organizing introductory meetings for infrastructure programs and projects in the Riyadh Region, enabling developers and investors to explore available opportunities and participation mechanisms.​
