Given the Center provides its services continuously for 15 hours starting from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. the person who came at 6:02 p.m. has been serviced in less than half an hour and left at 6:22 p.m. In addition, the all 50 customers who were in the hall waiting for their turn have been serviced by 7:00 p.m. Riyadh Chamber emphasizes that its main concern is the quality of the service and that in normal working hours, document certification does not take more than five minutes per person.
