The Riyadh Chamber, represented by its Real Estate Committee and in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and the Real Estate General Authority, held a workshop reviewing the latest updates to the Executive Regulations governing non-Saudi ownership of real estate and the designated geographical zones.
