The Real Estate Committee at the Chamber held a workshop to discuss the draft guides for the “Classification of Establishments Licensed for Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing Activities" and the “Classification of Establishments Licensed for Real Estate Auction Activities," with the participation of a number of investors, specialists, and stakeholders in the real estate sector.

The workshop reviewed the key challenges facing establishments operating in real estate brokerage activities and discussed ways to address them, in addition to hearing the views of investors and specialists and their proposals for developing the guides.
