The Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee, organized a meeting titled “Real Estate Digital Transformation: Towards an Integrated Digital Ecosystem” to highlight the importance of property technology (PropTech) in achieving the objectives of the comprehensive real estate sector strategy.

Speakers addressed the most prominent digital transformations reshaping the sector, as well as the role of data and artificial intelligence in developing the real estate ecosystem and enhancing decision-making efficiency.

The meeting covered several key themes, including clarifying the concept of digital transformation in the real estate sector from multiple perspectives, reviewing the impact of PropTech on advancing real estate business systems, highlighting the role of real estate data and artificial intelligence in supporting decision-making, and discussing the future of the sector amid accelerating digital transformation.​
