​His excellency, president Nguyen Minh Trietof of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has promised to remove all obstacles that might get in the way of Saudi investment in Vietnam. At the same time, he invited Saudi businessmen to invest in his country. As he met with a number of Saudi and Vietnamese businessmen yesterday, his excellency was there to witness the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, and the Vietnamese chamber of commerce and industry. The Saudi side said that what hinders the Vietnamese workers from working in Saudi Arabia is money transactions in in banks, and the inability to convert the Saudi currency in Vietnamese banks. In addition to that, Airlines, and the demand from businessmen to translate the Vietnamese investment laws, so that the investor becomes aware of the work environment there. His excellency, the president, pointed out in his speech to the businessmen from both countries, that he came to the Kingdom to answer the invitation of the custodian of the two holy mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, saying that he is going to invest his current visit to accomplish two goals, which are to strengthen and activate the existing friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries, and to discuss ways of strengthening and activating the ties between the two countries, and the signing of several bilateral agreements during his current visit.
