Parties to the Law Suit Have the Right to Keep a Copy of the Appeal's Decisions and the Pleading front of the Appeal Will be Postponed.
His Excellency the President of the Court of Appeal Shaikh AbdulAziz Alhomaid affirmed that the development of judiciary facility which was adopted by King Abdullah and continued by King Salman . Once it's complete , it will be a resourceful judiciary for most Judicial organizations . He also mentioned that the project of releasing a judicial blog system , was developed by a scientific elite of experts and academics from the Kingdom.
This was all mentioned in the open meeting of Shaikh Alhomaid with attorneys from Riyadh Chamber on Monday evening of 22/2/2016. His Excellency answered all the attorneys queries regarding regulations and procedures of cases in a way that guarantees justice ,developing litigation procedures and promptness of verdict issuing.
